When Menu Mechanics conceptualized the menu and model for Turkish Grill, the team wanted to bring together the comfort of fast food delivery with the richness of Turkish culinary experiences. Turkish Grill was launched in 2003 as a delivery-only concept, offering a wide range of Turkish grill and meze staples. The menu stays authentic to the food culture that has inspired it, with all items listed in their original Turkish names. Since its delivery concept opened to great success in the Kuwaiti market, Turkish Grill has expanded its business outside of the home delivery segment to live cooking and other services.
