Sirhan commands a strong reputation and clientele base for prime quality meats. The restaurant is named after one of nature’s most discerning prime hunters, and its menu packs a punch of cross-cultural culinary experiences. We wanted to bring Sirhan’s rich brand DNA and story out of the shadows of an already great product, cement its market positioning, and build a strong connection between the brand and its increasingly younger clientele. Building on this baseline brand-building exercise, we were then able to revamp Sirhan’s space to create customer-centric and culturally inspiring culinary experiences.
