Mana’eesh Inc.

The brainchild of Menu Mechanics and founders, Mana’eesh Inc was incepted with a vision to create a casual Levantine bakery that stood the test of time, as have the food traditions behind it. We wanted to create a modern take and food concept around the Manousheh, one of the simplest staple items that united food cultures across the Levant region, all the while celebrating its cultural significance and history. We designed the Mana’eesh space around this intersection between modernity, authenticity, and heritage; a place with a story and soul, backed by a solid business model with equally strong franchise and growth potential. Although the Mana’eesh Inc concept was designed for the Kuwaiti market, its conceptual foundation can be replicated anywhere in the world.
